DAILY SPIRITUAL LIVING

There are many paths to living a spiritually centered life. A few are Science of Mind (Ernest Holmes), HeartMath (Doc Childre) and Non Violent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg). All paths lead to The One. The One is all there is. When I practice my disciplines daily I find myself immersed in the Presence of God, which has never left me. This feeling I call COHERENCE. I feel good, energized and healthy. When I do not practice (why not, Gil?) I find I am incoherent. I feel bad, weary, unhealthy and I am not in conscious contact with The One, that which has been in charge of The Universe since before there was time. But, I am me, and in total control of my choices and I choose to live today coherently. Perhaps this calls to you as well?

Enlightenment 2

Meister Eckhart wrote “You have to go outside yourself so that God can come into your self.” I find that my “going outside myself” is slowed/stopped quite easily. The bickering, complaining, finger pointing, criticizing, fear, anger and guilt that is easily found in the media is being repeated constantly by many, many temporarily un-enlightened beings. My answer re-entering my enlightenment, my right mind, is simple : consistent, regular, daily spiritual practice. I have 56 years of practice. It works as I work it. Please join me.
Be happy, keep breathing.

Thoughts

There is no original thinking on my part. Thoreau and Emerson were contemporaries. Christian Larson wrote later, around 1907. Holmes published the original Science Of Mind in 1926. What shows up on this blog is mostly what I have learned from these sources. I have gleaned (obviously) from many, many other writers in the metaphysical realm. (Gail says “obvious” is a null set because no one shares the same perspective as another. What does that even mean?)

I do live in the heights, the ideal made real is a fact for me and has been so for years. So, I make friends with adversity because the power within adversity is tamed by kindness and heartfelt Love. By liking what is, I find what I like!!! I accept what is and I call it good. The Ideal Life lives in a joyful and cheerful world, even as I first self create it my imagination! I am happy now. Imagine that! Continued love, joy and HAPPINESS to all!
